Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Kemfon offers several shipping options to give you flexibility and convenience. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Kemfon is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Kemfon is not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
